By accessing or using our name generation and analysis service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Our Service provides name generation and analysis based on user input. Users can request name suggestions and receive analyses of existing names.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account using Google Auth.
3.2. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information. We will store your email, name, and profile image as received from Google.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Service
4.1. Request Points: Users are allocated a limited number of free request points that refill every 24 hours. Once these points are exhausted, users cannot make additional requests until the points refill.
4.2. Additional Points: Users may purchase additional request points in batches to increase their usage capacity.
4.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or a specific response speed for generating results.
4.4. Content Guidelines: Users agree not to use the Service to submit or generate content that:
- Contains profanity, obscenity, or offensive language
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
4.5. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Generated Content
5.1. Users are free to use the generated names and analyses for any purpose.
5.2. We do not guarantee that generated names are free from trademark or other legal restrictions. Users are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of any names they choose to use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any name analyses or generated content. Users acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the content provided by the Service
8. Changes to Terms
